In Kreuzberg, the Music Plays – 20 Years of the Kreuzberger Chronik

June 23 – September 2, 2018

23 June until 2 September 2018

2nd floor of the FHXB Museum

A look back at 20 years of a local magazine with the photographs of Wolfgang Krolow, Michael Hughes, and Holger Groß; magazine covers; a selection of historical pieces; and background information, tracing the magazine from issue 0 to the 200th issue of this cult publication.

The exhibit pays special attention to the Kreuzberg music scene and will open on 22 June with a concert in the museum's courtyard garden, featuring performances by Christian Rösinger, Bass-Gabi, Rachelina, Ralph Lanrue (Ton Steine Scherben), Hans Hartmann (Guru Guru), Rashidii Graffiti, Süleyman Celik, and Gino Merendino (among others).

A Kreuzberger Chronik project, together with the Browse Gallery, supported by Community Impulse Initiative e.V.
